Additional Instructions:
Within 24 hours of your submission, you will receive Order Confirmation
paperwork via email that you can proof to insure all details of your order are
correct before the order is turned into the plant. Please double check
everything on it carefully, and notify us of any discrepancies. If submitting
art, please use the PO/reference number (found in the upper left corner) assigned your order on all emails and faxes.
